Psp Store Coming Soon

Published by Ryan Maffit on Jul 19th 2008 Perhaps due to the recent raise in sales on the PSP, Sony is apparently considering adding a store that can be accessed directly through the PSP. In the past, all features of the store had to be accessed either through the PS3 or through the computer; but John Koller, the brand manager for the PSP, says that "having a native store on the portable is something [that Sony is] looking into."

With the increase of sales, it would only make sense that Sony would do all that they could to capitalize on their increased market size. It will, however, probably be a while before we'd be able to actually access any official store through the PSP, as development is still in the research stage.
