Sony Confirm More Working Titles for Ad-Hoc Party

Published by Yoshi on Nov 20th 2008 More titles that work with the Ad-Hoc Party service for the PSP have been announced by Sony. Previously only Monster Hunter Portable 2nd G was comatible with the service that lets users play ad-hoc games online over a network. Over 90,000 gamers have downloaded the application so far and the service, which is in beta stage, is proving popular.

Players in Japan have been reporting that a variety of games that Sony did not announce originally actually did work with Ad-Hoc Party and Sony hve now stepped in and verified that the following titles have no know problems with the service:

Sony also gave details of a list of games that are working partially but with some issues:
 

Macross Ace Frontier (Bandai Namco) - There may be some slowdown during battles. Rooms that you've made may not show up when using voice chat
Gundam VS Gundam (Bandai Namco) - There may be some slowdown in four player battles when using voice chat
Gundam Battle Universe (Bandai Namco) - There may be some slowdown during battle
Gundam Battle Chronicle (Bandai Namco) - There may be some slowdown during battle. There may be some slowdown when using voice chat.
Bleach Heat the Soul 5 (SCEJ) - There may be some slowdown when using voice chat
Kazuo (SCEJ) - You may get a communication error when using voice chat
Jikkyou Powerful Pro Baseball Portable (Konami) - There may be some slowdown when using voice chat
Jikkyou Powerful Pro Baseball Portable 2 (Konami) - There may be some slowdown when using voice chat
Jikkyou Powerful Pro Baseball Portable 3 (Konami) - You may get a communication error during matches
Grand Theft Auto Liberty City Stories (Capcom) - You may have your connection cut when three or more players attempt to connect.
Monster Hunter Portable 2nd G - In one room, when five or more PSP's attempt to connect, the game may not run correctly. You can't play Shuukaijo and Enshuujo simultaneously in the same room. Guild cards may fail to send sometimes.
